The Way Ahead

Updated on August 1, 2013

In order to secure the future of our Lodge, the Lodge Committee has unanimously approved a new Marketing Plan which addresses where we are now, where we want to be, and how we will get there. The ultimate objective is to have a stable, thriving, and sustainable Lodge valued by its members and respected within the Province for generations to come. The plan is to bring stability to our finances, re-instate our own Lodge of Instruction, ensure all subscriptions are paid on time, membership is increased, improve our image and communications, and increase attendance at all regular meetings, especially those in March and June. The Plan will only work if the whole Lodge supports it and that means ALL the members. The executive team for the Plan roll-out is the Master, the Secretary, the Treasurer, the Immediate Past Master, and a Brother, yet to be appointed, who will be responsible for recruitment and retention. The marketing plan indicates that it will achieve all objectives within two years from November 2013 - provided the plan is followed exactly.
